Attention all Varsity/JV Boys under/around 150 pounds and all Girls (Varsity & Novice) under/around 130 pounds.
US Rowing needs each lightweight athlete to get a health form filled out in order to be a lightweight rower. So if you are under or 5-10 pounds over the lightweight maximum, you NEED to have this form completed.
Please get it filled out by a parent/guardian AND your doctor. In the event that your doctor says it is not healthy for you to be a lightweight, that is okay! Just let us know.
Return it to your coach the day of your tryout. ( ). If you do not, you will not be permitted to race this season as a lightweight, and potentially at all. Thank you.
